We like visiting the woods! The children get to go splashing in the stream, they build towers with the rocks, climb big hills, and play in the leaves!
Our waterproofs keep the children warm and dry!
We like to warm up after visiting the warm with hot chocolate and marshmallows.
An important part of helping children to grow and develop is helping them to have love and joy for the outdoors. This aids the children in later life to associate positive experiences with the outdoors and helps them to build lifelong relationships with nature and the environment. This helps the children’s gross motor and teamwork skills develop alongside promoting a positive and healthy lifestyle, both mentally and physically; but also promotes independence and challenging thinking making them more likely to try new things.
